Dr. Garrett Elliott, a proud third-generation optometrist, grew up in Riverbank and Modesto, where he continues to serve the community that shaped him. After earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston, Texas College of Optometry, in 2021, Dr. Elliott began practicing with a strong dedication to improving eye health in the area.
Dr. Elliott brings a unique background in genetic testing and research in eye diseases to his practice, which enhances his ability to diagnose and treat complex conditions. His passion for eye care is rooted in his family's legacy and the joy of seeing multiple generations of patients return to his care.
Specializing in contact lenses, Dr. Elliott excels in fitting challenging eyes, such as those with Keratoconus or corneal transplants. He finds deep satisfaction in helping patients achieve clearer vision, particularly when traditional methods fall short.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Elliott is actively involved in his community, working closely with local school districts to improve vision screening protocols and ensure children’s visual health is prioritized.
Outside of the office, Dr. Elliott is an avid hobbyist, indulging in custom miniature painting and 3D printing, activities that allow him to showcase his attention to detail and creativity. While he enjoys the bachelor life, his dedication to his work and community remains at the forefront of his life.
